The brace is an example of an Ultra Light Weight 3 dimensional part with no assemblies. The part is constructed of 1 filament that is then consolidated in mass production molds. In addition, the specific requirements of connections can be adapted into the part without post processing of the component.
Due to the automotive constraints these parts that are unseen must be “Stylized” and therefore go through a finishing and treatment.
