OUR ROBOTICally WOUND SEAT
Next Gen 2.0 showcases a new way of producing automotive parts. Our technology used in this seat makes it strong, light, fast for production and replicable, as it is robotically wound. This product becomes sustainable both because of the efficiency in its production, but also because of the inclusion of basalt fiber in its main structure.
In order to optimize this seat we made the analyzed to get the areas that needed more support and that can stand most of the tension, in order for the shape and design to react to those needs. From there a design was generated and with it the necessary information for its robotic production.
